Cohort Leaders

The Intern Cohort Model increases participation in engagement opportunities for current interns and leads to a more supportive, cohesive and social active community.

Interns assigned to Cohort Leaders help interns acclimate to Red Cross culture, discuss intern projects, provide guidance, encourage engagement, provide updates from Volunteer Services and most importantly will help ensure they stay connected to their intern manager and their projects.

It is our goal that these cohort meetings provide the interns a space not only to socialize and build community, but to learn from their peers and problem solve together.

We're thrilled to introduce our Cohort Leaders for the Summer 2021 Cycle!
